The Exchequer Club will host a panel discussion on the Labor Department’s recent proposal addressing the inclusion of alternative investments in retirement plan investment options. Participants will include Justin Danhof, Senior Policy Advisor, U.S. Department of Labor; Lisa Bleier, Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, SIFMA; and Jaret Seiberg, Managing Director, TD Cowen.
Justin Danhof serves as a Senior Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration. Mr. Danhof advises on retirement and benefits policy matters at the Department.
Lisa Bleier is Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, head of wealth management, retirement and state government relations at SIFMA. Ms. Bleier leads SIFMA’s work on retirement, wealth management and related policy issues, and has long been involved in advocacy on matters affecting retirement savers and financial markets.
Jaret Seiberg is a Managing Director at TD Cowen’s Washington Research Group. Mr. Seiberg analyzes financial services and housing policy.
