J. Christopher Giancarlo, Chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, will be our guest speaker at the Exchequer Club luncheon on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. Mr. Giancarlo was unanimously confirmed as Chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission by the U.S. Senate on August 3, 2017.
